Have you been told you have a story that needs to be told? We all have a life story inside of us, but we may feel that what we’ve experienced is not relevant or important. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to harness the power of your stories for future generations, and that what you’ve learned over a lifetime is a treasure that must be shared. You may even get in touch with your old passions and find several new ones! We’ll do a few writing exercises that delve into the senses and Alice’s gentle feedback will help you record your memories. Alice Osborn is the author of three poetry books, After the Steaming Stops, Unfinished Projects and Right Lane Ends. Her work has also appeared in the Raleigh News and Observer, The Pedestal Magazine, and in numerous journals and anthologies. Visit her website at www.aliceosborn.com.

This program is the 9th in an ongoing series of workshops designed to stimulate your thinking about life after “retirement.” These programs are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month. A positive attitude facilitates potential for a wholesome, fabulous future.  All programs facilitated by Nancy Davison, PT,LAc,of Elite Integrated Medicine, who is a Licensed acupuncturist and physical therapist.
