Singer-songwriter Alice Osborn from Raleigh makes her debut at Bottles Wilmington. Alice Osborn’s neo-folk Americana music is truly homegrown. An accomplished songwriter, she incorporates history, as well as the call of home and identity, to influence her folk vibe on acoustic guitar. Her most recent CD is Searching for Paradise about heroes, home, and hope and she is currently recording Skirts in the Snow: Beyond the Donner Party. Opening a brewery has been a dream for husband and wife team, Phil and Ellie Mabe since they met at UNC in 2005. They began their brewing career with a five gallon home brew setup in a tiny apartment. After over a decade of working and partnering in breweries and event venues in Lake Tahoe – California, the couple moved back to their hometown of Wilmington to open a brewery of their own.
