Alice Osborn is an experienced performer in the Piedmont of North Carolina who always delivers a variety of easy listening folk Americana that’s rooted in the New South. Her music features upbeat tempos, poignant lyrics, and powerful vocals—her newest album, Skirts in the Snow: Beyond the Tragedy of the Donner Party, will be released late summer 2022. An accomplished author of four poetry books, an American history buff, and long-time book editor, Alice’s acoustic originals are influenced by diverse artists such as Willie Nelson, Richard Marx, and Mary Chapin Carpenter. She is the President of the NC Songwriters Co-op and lives in Raleigh with her family. She also plays fiddle, mandolin, and bluegrass banjo.
